These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UICuts Chrome extension and website located at uicuts.com (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the UICuts extension or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UICuts is a browser extension that provides UI inspection, visual annotation, and structured context export capabilities for frontend development workflows. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free Plan

The free plan provides limited daily usage (3 picks per day) including color picker, font detection, asset downloads, and component copy features.

Paid Plans

• Paid plans offer unlimited usage and additional features
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase granting perpetual access to the current feature set
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication mechanisms
• Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or extract data from websites in violation of their terms of service
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by UICuts and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content or annotations you create using the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UICuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UICuts operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
